Job Description Job Description Production Supervisor: Manufacturing Duties and Responsibilities: The Production Supervisor will supervise all assigned areas of the production processes. Assigned areas may include raw material prep, welding & fabrication, brush & deburr, powder coating, assembly, upholstery and shipping prep. The Supervisor will manage all production personnel within the production areas assigned to ensure our high-quality products are delivered on-time, meet all quality specifications, and meet predetermined production schedules.
