The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing a comprehensive quality assurance program to ensure compliance with federal and state mandated quality standards for Samaritan Home Health. The incumbent performs a variety of compliance functions to assure the agency is prepared for Medicare and Medicaid audits and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) survey at all times.
