Prime Purpose Of Role: Perpetual Americas Funds Services ("PAFS") serves as sponsor to Perpetual Americas Funds Trust (the "Trust"), a multi-affiliate mutual fund trust, as well as a series of Delaware Statutory Trusts ("Ryder Court") together the "Funds". PAFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Perpetual Limited, an Australia listed asset manager. Using PAFS's distribution platform, Perpetual leverages PAFS to distribute affiliate products in the US market. As of August 30th, the Trust housed 20 funds representing 4 affiliates and $8.0B in AUM and the Ryder Court Funds housed 8 funds representing 2 affiliates and $2.1B in AUM. Job Description Job Description The Bookkeeper is a part-time, hourly position responsible to oversee the Association’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Regular accounting tasks include such things as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Additionally, basic Human Resource duties include preparation of new hire documents and maintaining employee folders, mandatory payroll deductions and compliance, Annual Workers Compensation Audit and upkeep of Certificates of Insurance documents for annual audit and disability insurance filings with insurance companies, as necessary. The bookkeeper is the liaison between the outside auditor and the Association and will work with the Association’s Treasurer to maintain accurate Association Accounting records.
