Conduct meetings with multiple stakeholders in billing operations, collections, bill presentment wtc. teams to capture To-be process/functionalities and business requirements for implementation in SAP ISU 3. Write BRD, process diagrams and bill mockups if required 4. Closely work with SAP ISU functional analysts and development team to help breaking BRD into functional design and user stories 5.
