Brill metal works was established in 1928 as a general sheet metal shop serving medford and the surrounding rogue river valley. In 1980, the business had become specialized in the fabrication of custom stainless steel exhaust hoods, tables and drainboards, primarily for restaurants, schools and hospitals. In 1990, in order to focus on what we have determined to be the future direction for the company, the production of precision sheet metal enclosures and components, the original general sheet metal business was sold to several of the employees and relocated to a separate facility. In 1996, the company's rapid growth dictated another expansion - to a new 16,500 square foot facility in an industrial park in close proximity to the interstate and the airport. With the addition of a 2000 watt production laser to compliment our turret punch press, multi-axis press brakes and other support equipment. Brill Metal Works is well positioned to efficiently service our growing list of oem customers and expand into the future. In 2005, the current owner purchased full ownership from a partnership that was formed in 1993. As of 2006, Brill now features complete in-house capabilities for quality screen printing. Using the latest vector based graphic software, along with a new line of equipment we can design, import, develope, expose, screen and cure professional grade prints in a variety of colors. In 2007, the company continued adding more capabilities and capacity with a 4,000 watt production Laser and another new NT Press Brake. This rapid growth again dictated another expansion to existing building of 8800 square foot. 2008 saw the completion of our recent building expansion. Our facility now occupies 25,300 square foot, allowing us to continue to meet our customers' needs. Equipment additions included more punching capacity with the addition of a EM2510NT Turret Punch Press and now... In-House Powder coating.
