As a Category Manager, Site services, you will negotiate with and manage vendors for on-site services for a production facility including Gardening, Piping, waste management, canteen services and other services impacting the manufacturing site. In this role you will: Be accountable for managing $68M site services spend in Americas, reporting to the Director, Indirect & Logistics Procurement Americas. Manage and evolve a supplier base that offers optimal quality, service, technology, and value (QSTV), and lead efforts to qualify alternate or second source suppliers. Functionally supervise a sourcing specialist supporting the developed category strategy. Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine current and future sourcing needs + develop and execute corresponding category strategies. Identify and manage global projects in alignment with cross-functional internal stakeholders.
