Title Director, Development Program Classification Exempt Reports to Senior Director, Sport Development & Product JOB DESCRIPTION Summary/Objective This role is designed to serve as the head of USA Football's Development Program, including oversight of the entire program. This individual will have a direct hand in crafting the curriculum and run of show and program direction for the development program, and it's relevant in-person and virtual opportunities for athletes, coaches, scouts and officials.
