Plan and Goal Development- Interns will: •Develop a list of clinical goals based on 12 Core Functions and the intern's academic program expectations. •Review these goals with the MnTC intern supervisor and develop an internship plan during the first week of internship. •Review and modify the plan during weekly meetings with MnTC intern supervisor. Orientation to MnTC- Interns will: •Attend MnTC Orientation. •Review MnTC policy procedures, schedules, client rules and expectations. •Be given tour of facility, and introduction to staff and leadership. •Be trained on using Procentive for charting and billing purposes. •Review current client charts to gain understanding of needs. •Be assigned a primary counselor to shadow and provide supervision throughout their internship, in addition to intern supervisor.
