JOB OVERVIEW: The Bar General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the outlet with a focus on the vibe, service, and hospitality provided. The GM oversees leading a team of employees to create a warm, engaging and exciting social scene during all hours of operation while running a profitable outlet. This position also controls the quality of all service and products provided by the outlet and continually challenge the team to improve and create an environment that fosters creativity, free thinking, and intelligent decision-making.
