Summary: Supports the Accounting Coordinator in compiling, classifying, verifying, recording, and maintaining data and payments to accounts payable and accounts receivable by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Monitor and maintain the Dearing accounting e-mail inbox. + Audit supplier invoices against purchase order and research discrepancies. + Process supplier payable invoices in Dearings accounting system and document management system. + Verify open items on vendor statements and related follow up. + Prepare accounts payable checks with the appropriate remittance document. + Process customer credit card payments. + Create customer invoices from the invoice queue job and send via mail, email or portal. + Record and process Dearing invoices via the customers online portal as required. + Prepare receipts and payments for deposit and post receipts in Dearings accounting system and document managem
