This position is a direct hire, hybrid role (1 day offsite per week) in Sacramento. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting multiple business units by advising on HR policies and practices, employee relations, employee engagement, leadership training, performance management, and providing guidance for field leaders. This position will have at least two direct reports. Pay: $125,000- $135,000 DOE plus bonus. The qualified candidate will have strong training and employee engagement experience.
