Job Description Job Description Spa Manager or Assistant manager position (based upon experience) available for busy, boutique day spa. We are looking for a high energy, customer service focused manager who can create a fun and happy yet efficient workplace and make clients feel special. Also needs to be a problem solver that stays away from drama and keeps staff and our calendar on track. Needs to be available to work either on call or in person one weekend day plus a couple of weekdays. Some administrative work can be performed from home once fully trained. The owners and current front desk manager need to move some duties to the Spa Mgr and there is some flexibility regarding which move to the new Spa Manager.
