We take a lot of pride in the quality of food we serve to our campers and staff. All meals, with the exception of barbecues and cookouts, are served cafeteria-style in our dining halls. Camp Cayuga has 2 dining halls - one on Junior Campus and the other on Teen Campus. The dining halls are centrally located on each campus. Campers sit together with their cabin counselors at assigned tables during meal times. Campers residing on Teen Campus have the privilege of "open seating" during lunch meals - which permits our teenagers to sit with whomever they wish! All cooking and baking is done on our camp premises. Our Food Service Manager is certified by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Bureau of Food Safety and has managed Cayuga's food service since 2009. Assisting him are 2 restaurant-trained chefs and 2 assistants who prepare three well-balanced, nutritious meals daily. Our kitchen staff also includes a team of dishwashers and potwashers for each dining hall.
