The work elements include removal of several existing boilers, installation of new boilers, associated MEP work such as installation of pipes, valves, etc. Candidates must have the professional knowledge, skill and ability to independently interpret codes, rules, laws and policies to attain compliance and enforcement of the state adopted building codes and laws. The position is in NYC and will require significant time working in the field.
