This position covers a broad range of litigation including insurance coverage, commercial disputes, corporate disputes, real estate, landlord/tenant, collections railroad law and open records law. The attorney will be required to analyze facts and perform legal research and writing applicable to the various disciplines. Typical duties will also include the drafting of pleadings, motion practice and preparing for and taking depositions (in both state and federal courts).
