Position Summary: The Vice President of Legal position will be primarily responsible for driving the legal strategy for the Pacific Regions on all aspects of legal issues encountered by a major general contractor working in numerous markets and industries. This person will also be asked to provide counsel to other subsidiaries and other entities across the enterprise as needed and consistent with this person's areas of expertise. They must be a strategic thinker who can provide solution-oriented legal advice to a variety of business stakeholders while collaborating with other departments and outside attorneys. This person must be forward-thinking, as they will be an individual who will be highly integrated with the business leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for regional leadership on all day-to-day legal issues. Seen as the lead attorney for the Northern and Southern Pacific Regions, interacts with other senior business leaders to make critical decisions.
