Prime Purpose Of Role: Perpetual Americas Funds Services ("PAFS") serves as sponsor to Perpetual Americas Funds Trust (the "Trust"), a multi-affiliate mutual fund trust, as well as a series of Delaware Statutory Trusts ("Ryder Court") together the "Funds". PAFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Perpetual Limited, an Australia listed asset manager.
