Job Description Job Description This highly visible position will record all cash transactions in the general ledger, prepare bank reconciliations for all cash accounts across the organization and continuously follow up on and resolve all unreconciled cash transactions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Record daily cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Conduct cash reconciliations between bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy. Investigate and resolve variances between bank statements and internal systems/records. Perform daily, weekly and/or monthly bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of cash balances. Participate in the month-end process by completing analysis, preparing journal entries and reconciling all cash transactions.
