Description Under the direction of the Association Director of Competitive Swimming, the Aquatics Experience Director, and/or the Head Swim Coach, the Swim Coach will assist with all aspects of planning and preparation for the Tampa YMCA Swim Team program. The Swim Coach will assist in the development and recruitment of swimmers participating with the Tampa YMCA Swim Team programs and YMCA Swim Lesson program.
