In 1987, Cherenzia acquired Rossi & Lewis Engineers, Inc., the oldest land surveying firm in southern Rhode Island. In January 2008, Cherenzia moved their corporate headquarters from Westerly, Rhode Island to Pawcatuck, Connecticut.
