The individual would act as a liaison between the physician, hospitals, and surgery centers. Ensure all supplies, instruments, etc. are ordered and ready for each procedure. Work with a team of two medical assistants to manage in-office patient schedules, phone calls, etc. Must have a minimum of two years of scheduling and prior authorization experience, preferably in a plastic surgery environment.
