Eric worked in the kitchen as the Chef and Kitchen Manager, and Jennifer worked in both the kitchen and the dining room. She also worked in the kitchen at The Tin Angel. After a short period of knowing one another, the couple discovered a shared obsession with food, and a mutual desire to eventually have a restaurant of their own. At that point, the two of them set about on the path to make that dream come true. The first step was to attend the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in The Napa Valley, California. While there, Jennifer received The Culinary Award for outstanding cooking. Each one graduated with an even greater enthusiasm for the restaurant industry and what they could contribute. During the very intense Culinary program and continuing after graduation, Jennifer and Eric compounded their education by working at places such as Jole, Ad Hoc, Farmstead, and The French Laundry. The couple is incredibly grateful for having had such amazing teachers and mentors along the way, and will continue the tradition with their own establishment.
