Operations includes managing both day porters and evening cleaning technicians. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, employee management and labor and supply budget. Expected hours would be average 50 hours per week. Flexibility is key since training and troubleshooting could happen before or after the normal shift. This position manages the frontline crew which ranges from 30-50 more full and parttime employees and facilities across Central Virginia. Must have open availability to work in the morning and evening. This position could require bending, reaching, extending, lifting up to 50lbs, and travel on stairs
