In my five years here, I've been promoted twice and taken on increasingly challenging projects. This company does a good job maintaining order and consistency. What I love most is the positive company culture. I’ve had an extremely positive experience working here. The flat organizational structure is a breath of fresh air. Training is adequate but basic.

They understand that employees have commitments outside of work and offer support where possible. The atmosphere is energetic and collaborative, with leadership that’s transparent and communicative. It’s exciting to be able to own a piece of the company I work for. Management fosters an incredibly supportive environment where asking questions is encouraged and learning from experienced colleagues is a daily occurrence.

There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant. Working here has provided me with multiple avenues to grow. Our account manager knows our business intimately. Organized structure and open culture.
