Position: Member Services Representative - Overnight Sub Reports to: General Manager (GM)/ Assistant Manager (AM) Department: Operations Purpose: Execute club operations overnight in a designated location, ensuring club is operating in compliance with Excel and Planet Fitness policies, practices and objectives.
