The service and support personnel at Compco Analytical, Inc. all have years of experience in the repair of AGILENT/HP analytical laboratory equipment as well as software and applications support in the environmental, drug and toxicology, pharmaceutical, Flavor and Fragrances, and petroleum industries. We service and support the full line of GC's, GC/MS's , LC, LC/MS, Data Systems, Integrators, and Sampling Units , from the very earliest models right up to state-of-the-art equipment. In addition to on-site support, we also offer in-house repairs at our facility for a reduced labor rate that our customers have come to appreciate. Our current contract customers enjoy a savings of between 15-20% of what a comparable service contract would cost if purchased from the original equipment manufacturer. A service contract from Compco Analytical Inc. means Total Coverage! All labor, travel and parts (except consumables) are included with the contract, as well as one preventive maintenance visit per year, and on-site training for instrument troubleshooting, software, and applications.
