About Concord Coalition
We continue to provide invaluable services to those experiencing homelessness during this difficult time. Our Concord Homeless Resource Center is open Monday through Friday from 9AM-12PM, outside under a large event tent. Our Winter Shelter will open in December in the safest way possible given the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Housing First Concord program supports 15 individuals who have exited homeles
