Three (3) years minimum experience required. Extensive and prolonged travel required. Project sizes range from $50,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Expected workload is (6) to (8) projects per year. Duties include but are not limited to reading and interpreting blueprints, verifying and assisting the subcontractors in layout, completing projects as per the required schedules, coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the subcontractors, client communication and relations, completing daily and weekly progress reports, taking and emailing progress photos, expediting and obtaining permits, coordination of client vendors and deliveries, ensuring that all inspections and punch list are completed prior to leaving the project.
