JOB SUMMARY This role will be involved in assessment of production and other operations to establish/review National Pump Company's standard work processes and/or improve efficiencies. Compiles documents, analysis and reporting on standard operating procedures, manufacturing records, and corrective actions. Conducts process assessments and works with departments to improve and document processes. SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS This position has no direct reports. But supports the Director of Quality for training and supporting department personnel to meet specific metrics associated with their positions.
