The Line Cook is an essential part of our team and is responsible for helping to deliver an unforgettable experience through proper execution of dishes and recipes to present a Craveable, Instagramable, and memorable dining experience that will keep guests talking and wanting to come back for more. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Preparation of dishes from station assigned by Chef/Sous Chefs. Must be able to execute all menu items for assigned stations. Has a complete understanding of work safety and emergency procedures. Full understanding of how to read food tickets. Fully understand the importance of and can utilize standardized recipe cards and plating guides. Ensure that all food products are prepared to always maintain our quality standards consistently resulting in positive feedback.
