Immediate need for a STAFF ACCOUNTANT Ideal candidates will have a multi-faceted background that combines PAYROLL, ACCOUNTING, and ADMINISTRATIVE skills. The Staff Accountant will work closely with the Accounting Manager, A/P Manager, and Controller to maintain financial statement accuracy. This role will entail creating journal entries to record business transactions, processing payroll, review of daily sales reports, and reconciliation of banks, inventory, & other balance sheet accounts. The role may also involve reviewing income statement accounts, ad hoc analysis, and other duties to support the accounting & finance department. Job Responsibilities: Perform journal entries to record business transactions, including cash transfers, deposits, credit card fees, change orders, and other miscellaneous items. Prepare and review payroll reports to ensure employees are accurately paid. Maintains complete confidentiality of all payroll records and reports. Reconcile bank accounts and review

Nature of Duties: The nature of the duties for the Cardiovascular Medical Assistant (CMA) is to assist the clinical staff and physicians by providing direct and indirect patient care in areas of patient mobility, diagnostic testing, phlebotomy, and pre and post procedure care by facilitating a positive patient experience. The CMA performs technical duties to assist the patients through provider visits, scheduled diagnostic testing, in office procedures, and assist clinical staff in maintenance of healthcare delivery standards. CMA treats patients in a caring warm professional manner and cooperates with all team leaders and co-workers. The CMA will also provide clerical support performing a variety of medical office duties.
