Our residents are low- and moderate-income seniors ages 62 and older. We have two independent living facilities where 267 seniors enjoy safe and convenient apartment living. In addition, our supportive services center offers 24-hour support to another 73 residents who need help with the activities of daily living. Culpepper Garden is within walking distance of shopping, churches and parks. There's a free bus service and a courtesy phone for taxi service on site.
