Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will report directly to the Vice President, Mechanical Engineering and will be responsible for performing finite element analysis (FEA) to support the design and development of our products. Key responsibilities include: Performing FEA analysis for radome structures and related accessories. Preparing technical reports and memos to support ongoing and prospective customer projects. Working closely with engineers and department managers to ensure product safety, performance, and reliability. Participating in design review meetings and factory acceptance testing when necessary to present analysis work.
