Job Description Job Description Overview The primary responsibility of the Field Manager is to manage flooring & cabinet trades on job sites during construction, tracking and managing materials, insuring quality installations, and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities Understand flooring installation, pre-installation inspection, during and post inspections and quality control as well as how materials are measured and installed Manage flooring independent contractors work for timely and accurate installation per builder timelines and requirements on construction sites. Supervise installations and manage material during installations Quality control of all cabinet installations Coordinate schedules with builder superintendents and subcontractors Assist in warranty resolution in completed homes Any other field duties as assigned Qualifications Experience in construction; including cabinets Must be able to work in fast paced environments St

Finishers are required to apply finishes to walls, ceilings and trim accessories using hand tools and mechanical tools that conform to the required levels of finishing standards while maintaining the necessary production and quality required to complete a project and exceed the customers' expectations. Finishers apply drywall taping compound to the seams between drywall panels and to nail and screw indentations on the surface of the panels. Finishers work on new walls and ceiling installs and make repairs and upgrades to existing walls as well. Finishers install and finish metal, plastic, and aluminum trims, apply the proper number of coats of compound per specified level of finish, and sand areas after each coat. Finishers may apply finishes that require a high degree of detail such as a level 5 finish, or textures.
