Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with mold build vendors to design injection molding tools. Partner with customers to design and optimize plastic parts. Oversee tooling projects from conception to production start-up. Evaluate part designs for manufacturability using Mold Flow Analysis to assess mold filling, cooling, and warpage.
