Job Description Job Description Summary: The Loan Processor is responsible for the preparation of loan files, as well as providing assistance to the Loan Officers, their Assistants and Bank customers in the processing of various type of loans. Primary Responsibilities: Utilize LaserPro program for entry of all customer documents regarding loans Handle communications with attorney and/or their representatives regarding loan estimate and closing disclosure statement to ensure compliance with federal lending regulations Responsible for communicating with various federal agencies such as Clerk of Court, DMV, Wildlife & Fisheries offices regarding filing of mortgages, titles of vehicles, calculation of fees, and other related correspondence and documents for loans Input and updating of customer loan data in all bank computers systems to include LaserPro, Core, GSS, etc. Review active loan files daily to determine if any documents are missing and/or what can be done to help the process along
