Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), the VP of Compliance will be an integral part of MRO's compliance and legal team during a critical and exciting time in the company's growth. The VP of Compliance will provide strategic leadership on compliance issues that affect the organization and its clients and will serve as a trusted advisor to the CLO, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and the Board of Directors. Day-to-day, the VP of Compliance will be the driving force behind the ongoing success of the Compliance team and program. The VP of Compliance must be able to build consensus by establishing trust with key company leaders and providing thoughtful insight and data on a myriad of compliance issues relevant to the company and its clients.
