Job Description Strategically assists, manages, and supports Division Operations and implements new initiatives using effective project management skills in collaboration with and under the direction of the Division Dean. Responsibilities Operations and Personnel Management Collaborates with the Dean in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of academic programs in alignment with current and emerging industry needs. Works with Program Coordinators to assess the effectiveness of lab assistants. Identifies and recommends staffing needs to the Dean. Provides oversight and supervision to Education and Work Center, Learning Career Center, and the WIOA partnership. Interviews and recommends the selection of adjunct faculty. Evaluate division adjunct faculty and serves as initial contact for complaints and resolutions related to adjunct faculty.
