Position Summary The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager to drive the overall performance of the store. This includes achieving sales targets and KPI’s, creating a unique and engaging customer experience, talent development, and maintaining store operations and merchandising standards. Essential Functions Customer Experience Acts as a brand ambassador, creating a store atmosphere that promotes the company culture and brand loyalty.
