Field Welder should be capable of going out in the field, taking measurements, and coming back to the shop as well as working in the field. Prefer experience reading blueprints, cutting metal to size, fabricate structures and work outside. Most of the projects that we do are custom projects like gates, fencing, water features, trellis, arbors/pergolas and much more.
