Responsibilities: Oversee daily workflow and communication with 3PL partners, ensuring accurate stock and shipment receiving. Manage freight forwarder relationships, obtaining competitive quotes for air, sea, and truck shipments. Coordinate shipment pickups with factories in Asia and domestic partners. Monitor and track shipments, flagging delays and resolving any issues. Inform production of shipment discrepancies. Ensure all shipments are processed and fulfilled by 3PL partners as per SLA. Audit 3PL and freight/import duty invoices for accuracy. Reconcile import duty and freight invoices with production to track landed costs and predict future expenses. Maintain transparency by updating the release calendar with incoming/received shipments. Partner with PR, and Marketing teams on shipment documentation and tracking numbers.
