Brightwild is seeking a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to perform a range of general maintenance tasks, supporting our mission of creating exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Do As a Senior Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to perform both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure our vacation rental units are impeccably maintained. This includes: Preventative Maintenance Perform basic HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and cleaning. Conduct unit inspections to identify necessary repairs or updates. Test and repair lights, outlets, and other electrical fixtures. Apply minor caulking to tubs, showers, and toilets as needed.
