ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Master Scheduler to join our team in McLean, VA. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing and leading the creation and planning of project schedules, events, and plans across the customer origination. This position will work closely with Engineering, Complex Projects, IT Solutions, Program Management Office, and Procurement to identify and track resourcing needs and help establish work planning. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading a team of project schedulers providing coverage from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Travel between local buildings is required. Support Program with Integrated Master Schedules that are developed and maintained for multiple projects to summary a program portfolio. This will require the liaison with mission partners and task owners to determine the sequencing and duration of activities. Create a project baseline for each project and monitor project progress against that baseline.
