DVPS is a preventive property management and home monitoring service specifically focused on absentee homeowners. We also provide twenty four hour seven days a week emergency alerts if necessary. Our home monitoring and inspection package is unique to every home. We will custom design an inspection routine based on a home's potential problem areas; windows, doors, bathrooms, appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hot water heater, washer/dryer, etc.), plumbing fixtures, ice buildup, electrical outlets and heating units.
