Job Title: Principal Electrical Engineer - Water/Wastewater Facilities Location: Denver, CO Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000 About the Role: A growing engineering firm is seeking a qualified Principal Electrical Engineer to support the design and development of electrical systems for water and wastewater facility projects. This individual will lead or contribute to the electrical design efforts on a variety of projects and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in industrial power design, and comfortable working with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute electrical design efforts on industrial infrastructure projects. Design of medium and low voltage power distribution systems, motor controls, VFDs, lighting systems, and equipment layouts. Ensure designs meet NEC and applicable codes and standards. Supervise and mentor junior engineering staff as needed.

Key Skills: Strong knowledge of 4G/5G NR NSA/SA, LTE/IMS protocols, 3GPP & carrier test plans. Experience with test equipment like R&S, Anritsu, Anite, Keysight, etc. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Job Responsibilities: Execute 4G/5G NR NSA & SA IoT test plans on Ericsson, Samsung & Nokia RANs. Perform 1st level failure analysis and troubleshoot test failures. Analyze carrier-defined IoT test plans and new feature implementations. Debug modem logs using QCOM, Shannon, or MTK tools. Report and track issues (PLMs/QC SRs) and validate fixes. Provide detailed test status reports.
