Description Responsible for providing maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all plant equipment, buildings, and tools. The technician is responsible for providing preventative maintenance, including a safe and sanitary environment, to the plant and surrounding grounds. They perform routine maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and inspections to minimize downtime. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: Learn set-up, operation, adjustments, and operating parameters of production equipment. Safety must be a priority. Remedy any unsafe conditions in a timely manner. Reconfigure electrical and water drops to improve esthetics, efficiency and safety. Assess maintenance and repair problems with follow-up.
