Overview Under general supervision, the Warehouse Team Lead supports the Site Supervisor and Warehouse Manager, with providing direction and instruction to team members assigned to their department(s). The Warehouse Team Lead is a warehouse worker who is responsible for guiding a group of employees within a specific department, communicates department goals, ensures production goals are met, and communicates safety practices.
