Position Summary: This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Finance department, focusing on operational control and internal financial management, with a team of 3-4 direct reports. The position is required to manage cash flow, prepare comprehensive financial reports, prepare and monitor organizational budget, serve as liaison to auditors, and ensure proper procedures are followed. The Director will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership in decision-making and operational effectiveness, helping the organization strengthen its programming and build internal capacity.
