As Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events. Daily Responsibilities: - Checking system for any meeting requests - Creating fliers for any new events - Printing any signage and placing where needed - Event and meeting set up - Send out any event communication and update calendar for client - Checking email, closing and opening work ticket for event To be considered, you must have/be: - 1+ year of experience in a similar role - Proficient in MS Office Suite, PowerPoint and Outlook - Able to utilize Canva for creating fliers so being able to navigate applications - Client facing - Ability to create templates is a nice to have Reply with your resume detailing why you're qualified to be considered!
