Overview: Job Title: Account Clerk Department: Treasury, Department of Finance Under the direction of the Assistant Treasurer, performs routine preliminary accounting work involved in preparing financial records and in maintaining an accounting system; does other related duties. Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES Perform all bank reconciliations ensuring all bank statements match the general ledger. Compares general ledger accounts to bank accounts and subsidiary accounts to maintain correct balance.
